during the House-Check, the House-Check is FREE.

Examples of House-Check tasks included:

• Inspect interior and exterior for vandalism and forced entry
• Check doors and windows to be sure they are secure.
• Check for broken water pipes or flooding from hot water heater.
• Check for gas leaks.
• Check for presence of insects or rodents.
• Flush toilets and run faucets.
• Run garbage disposal.
• Check temperature settings.
• Check smoke detectors.
• Check for obvious roof leaks.
• Check overall appearance of residence.
• Reset timers and appliances in the event of a power outage.
• If requested alternate lights in house for occupied look.
• Reset tripped circuit breakers.
• Clean out unwanted flyers and newspapers.
• Bring in mail.
• Start car and/or boat as requested.
• Water indoor plants as requested.
• Check exterior irrigation system for proper operation.
• Check on contracted services.
