Our 2 person teams not only carefully measure any and all spaces you want to manage, but also assign the correct space classification, floor types and departments, as well as inventorying any and all surfaces and content that will be included in workloading the cleaning tasks. Our team then enter this necessary date into your software for you. Our charge for measuring, inventorying and data entry varies depending on how complex your spaces are. Our typical charge ranges $500 - $1500 per 100,000 sq. ft. plus any travel and out of pocket expense.
Date Import
Our data import service is the most reasonable in the industry. Provide us with the data, in spreadsheets, or as a data dump from virtually any other program and we’ll put the data into a fresh copy of ManageWize for you for a flat fee of $480 for the first million square feet and $240 per million for space in excess of the first million.
